Our Same Day Shipping Guarantee

We promise to ship your part on time. Order any part with the availability of "In Stock" before 5:00 pm Central Standard Time and we'll ship it out on the same day it was ordered (business days only, orders received on a Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday will ship on the following business day).

Ordering and Customer Service:

We typically respond in a timely manner during the week, Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm Central Standard Time. However, we do kindly ask that you allow at least 24 hours for a response.

If you are emailing us after 5pm CST on Friday, over the weekend or a holiday, you will receive a response on Monday or the next business day.

Shipping:

All orders will ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS ground. Note: We ship Monday-Friday only. We are closed on weekends and recognized US holidays.

Shipping Damage:

If there appears to be any external damage, i.e. crushed or dented side or corner, any tears or holes in package, immediately inspect contents of package for damage. If damage is found contact us and not the carrier. Do not destroy the package or box that the item shipped in. Please save it for return to us by requesting an RA# (Return Authorization).

Errors:

Contact us immediately if your order has an error on it.

Refused Shipments:

Shipping and Handling charges on refused shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
